National Fire Prevention Week is here, and we want YOUR creativity to help keep our community safe!
We're inviting kids to design the next posters for our Safety Trailer — the ones everyone will see during fire safety events throughout the year! Show us what fire safety means to you — whether it’s practicing an escape plan, checking smoke alarms, or stopping, dropping, and rolling!
📅 Deadline: November 1st
📍 Drop off at: 600 N Main Street - City Hall
🎁 Prizes & Recognition: Winning posters will be featured on the City’s Safety Trailer — plus special shoutouts from our firefighters!
So, grab your crayons, markers, and imagination — and help spread the message:

This summer, come have a little fun at the Museum! Bring the kids down to the museum for one of their scavenger hunts. They will have a new one each week! Once the kiddos have completed the task, they can check in at the front desk and get a prize. They can then take their completed scavenger hunt paper over to any branch of the Hutchinson County Library to get a prize from them, too. That's 2 prizes for having fun! They will host weekly scavenger hunts all summer long! How fun! The Museum is located at 618 N. Main Street, Borger Texas (They are closed on Monday's)
